O presente trabalho tem por objetivo tentar suscitar ainda mais a discussão em relação ao trabalho infantil e suas reais consequências nas crianças e adolescentes. O trabalho infantil não é um fenômeno recente no Brasil, pois o mesmo vem ocorrendo desde o início da colonização do país, quando as crianças negras e indígenas foram introduzidas ao trabalho doméstico e em plantações familiares para ajudar no sustento da família. As dificuldades enfrentadas pelas famílias em relação aos direitos e até mesmo o desconhecimento desses direitos outrora adquiridos, muitas vezes às custas de dor e sofrimento, muito se dá pelos obstáculos ao acesso as políticas públicas, dificultando a fiscalização seja no meio urbano e no meio rural, levando em consideração, todas as vertentes que colaboram para tais violências, inclusive a questão cultural.
The objective of this study is to try to raise the discussion about child labor and its real consequences on children and adolescents. Child labor is not a recent phenomenon in Brazil, since it has been occurring since the beginning of the colonization of the country, when black and indigenous children were introduced to domestic work and family plantations to help support the family. The difficulties faced by the families in relation to the rights and even the lack of knowledge of these rights that were once acquired, often at the cost of pain and suffering, are very much due to the obstacles to access to public policies, making it difficult to control both in urban and rural areas, taking into account all the strands that collaborate for such violence, including the cultural issue.
