O trabalho demonstra, a partir da análise do discurso presente no relatório final da Comissão Nacional da Verdade, criada pela Lei nº 12.528/11 – especificamente na parte a respeito da atuação do poder judiciário durante a ditadura civil-militar brasileira -, que seu papel institucional apresenta natureza sistematizadora, sem representar um ponto final nas investigações sobre verdade e memória no âmbito da transição brasileira.
The work demonstrates, from the analysis of the discourse at the end of the National Truth Commission report, created by Law No. 12,528 / 11 - specifically on the part about the operation of the judiciary during the Brazilian civil-military dictatorship - that their institutional role has a systematizing nature, without representing an end to the investigation of about the truth and memory within the Brazilian transition phase.
