O presente trabalho mostra as mudanças ocorridas nas relações sociais e das organizações privadas a partir das quatro grandes revoluções industriais, fazendo um paralelo com o Poder Judiciário. Demonstra que no Judiciário houve manutenção das bases organizacionais desde que foi estruturado pela primeira vez no Brasil. A ausência de mudança das organizações privadas a partir de novas descobertas leva à sua exclusão do mercado, enquanto no setor público ocorre a deslegitimidade perante o cidadão. Destaca-se, assim, a necessidade de revisão dos modelos de organização das unidades judiciárias do Poder Judiciário, considerando os potenciais da tecnologia. Apresenta o trabalho alguns modelos inovadores de unidade judiciária.
The present work shows the changes that occurred in the social relations and the private organizations from the four industrial revolutions, making a parallel with the Judiciary. It is demonstrated that in the Judiciary there was maintenance of the organizational bases since it was first structured in Brazil. The absence of change of private organizations from new discoveries leads to their exclusion from the market, while in the public sector the delegitimization of the citizen takes place. Therefore, it is necessary to review the models of organizations of the judicial units of the Judiciary, considering the potential of technology. It presents some innovative models of judicial unit.
