Este artigo tem por finalidade abordar as reflexões teóricas realizadas a partir do objeto
de pesquisa desenvolvido no âmbito da Pós Graduação: “O papel social do Grupo
Escolar Alice Paes nos anos de 1965-1971 (Uberlândia- Minas Gerais)â€. Analisar-se-á o
projeto de urbanização, modernização, sob o prisma da consolidação da Ferrovia
Mogiana como o sÃmbolo áureo do progresso e desenvolvimento da cidade de
Uberlândia, no inicio do século XX, atrelado ao empreendimento educacional
fomentado no inicio do PerÃodo Republicano, bem como o campo curricular da
instituição e as influências subjacentes no mesmo; a saber: concepção de educação,
homem, sociedade, e quais saberes e práticas escolares eram disseminados no interior
do Grupo Escolar Professora Alice Paes.
This article has for purpose to approach the carried through theoretical reflections from
the object of research developed in the scope of the one After Graduation: “The social
paper of the Pertaining to school Group Alice Paes in the years of 1965-1971
(Uberlândia- Minas Gerais)â€. The project of urbanization, modernization will be
analyzed, under the prism of the consolidation of the Mogiana Railroad as the golden
symbol of the progress and development of the city of Uberlândia, at the beginning of
century XX, atrelado to the fomented educational enterprise at the beginning of the
Republican Period, as well as the curricular field of the institution and the underlying
influences in the same:conception of education, man, society, and which to know and
practical pertaining to school were spread in the interior of the primary school.
