O artigo pretende refletir sobre a complexidade da categoria pessoa em desenvolvimento no campo dos direitos das crianças e dos adolescentes, não apenas para estabelecer os parâmetros histórico-culturais e cientÃficos de sua conformação na modernidade, mas também dimensionar a possibilidade de inserção hermenêutico-normativa enquanto princÃpio constitucional, identificar a multiplicidade dos aspectos de desenvolvimento humano imbricados nesse princÃpio e sinalizar a tradução intercultural para as crianças indÃgenas.
The article aims to reflect on the complexity of the category of person in development in the field of the rights of children and adolescents, not only to establish the historical, cultural and scientific parameters on the shape of modernity, but also scale the possibility of applying hermeneutic and normative while constitutional principle, identifying the multiplicity of overlapping aspects of human development in the principle and signaling intercultural translation for indigenous children.
